The Photography Experience

My workshops are designed to complement your journey, not detract from it. I believe the best way to learn photography is by doing. I offer guidance at key moments during the trip to help you capture better images, but the focus is always on the experience. Whether you're an iPhone user or a photography enthusiast, these workshops are tailored to all skill levels.

• Learn by doing: Photography should be an experience, not a technical lecture. You’ll receive just the right amount of coaching to improve your photos while still fully enjoying the adventure.

• Capture the moment: It’s not about taking hundreds of photos. It’s about capturing that one image that tells the story – whether it’s a landscape, wildlife, or cultural moment.

• More than just photography: As we explore each destination, I’ll be there during downtime to share tips and techniques. I’m a sunrise and sunset fanatic, so you’ll often find me out with my camera at those magical hours (yes, even the midnight sun and 2 am northern lights shoots are on the table!).

• Focus on the feeling: Photography isn’t just about what’s in the frame – it’s about what you feel in that moment. We’ll focus on learning how to capture the essence of each scene, whether it’s the sound of a waterfall or the anticipation of spotting wildlife.
